Refund Policy
Refunds are handled based on project stage, work completed and the agreed scope.
Before work starts
A refund may be requested before design, development, setup or procurement work begins.
After work starts
Partial refunds may be considered after deducting completed work, third-party costs, domain fees, hosting fees, plugin fees and administrative costs.
Completed work
Completed and delivered digital work is generally not refundable because it is custom-built for the client.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be sent by email with invoice details and project name.
